Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using form8n. Violations can result in suspension or termination, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

You may not

  • Use the Service to break the law or violate any third party's rights, including IP, privacy, and publicity rights.
  • Post or sell goods that are illegal where the buyer is located (e.g. controlled substances, weapons, counterfeits, stolen goods, regulated medical devices, recalled items).
  • Run a deceptive, fraudulent, or pyramid-style scheme; offer get-rich-quick schemes; misrepresent products, origin, or pricing.
  • Process payments for prohibited activities under Stripe's terms.
  • Upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits or endangers people.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate.
  • Distribute malware, phishing kits, or spam.
  • Use AI features to generate deepfakes of real people without consent, election disinformation, or hate content.
  • Scrape, crawl, or hammer the Service in ways that degrade it for others.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with security or rate-limiting.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organization.

Reporting

To report a violation, email trust@form8n.com. Include URLs, screenshots, and a description.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or take other action at our discretion. We may cooperate with law enforcement.
