• Brand & business info: brand names, descriptions, product info, images, founder bio.
• Payment info: handled by Stripe; we receive identifiers and status but not full card numbers.
• Support & communications.

Collected automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, timestamps, referrer.
• Device data: browser, OS, IP address, approximate location.

From third parties

• Auth providers (e.g. Google) if you sign in via OAuth.
• Stripe (payment events).
• AI providers when you use AI features (we send the necessary inputs).

2. How We Use Information

• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
• To process transactions and pay out funds.
• To personalize your experience and surface relevant brands or buyers.
• To send transactional emails (account, security, orders, activation status).
• To send product updates and marketing — you can opt out anytime.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms.

3. Legal Bases (EEA / UK users)

We process personal data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g. product improvement, fraud prevention), consent (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies), and legal obligation.

We keep account data while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to satisfy legal, tax, and audit requirements. Logs and backups are kept on rolling schedules.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level database access controls, and other safeguards. No system is perfectly secure — we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

We may process and store data outside your country, including in the United States. Where required we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA / UK). If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
